심경욱 작가는 조선 백자가 지닌 절제된 미감과 쓰임의 태도를 바탕으로, 이를 현대적인 조형 언어로 재해석합니다. 단정한 형태의 여백과 비례, 그리고 균형에 주목하며, 생활 속 사용뿐 아니라 형태 자체가 지닌 완결성을 중요시 합니다. 

한 손 혹은 두 손으로 감싸 쥐었을 때 가장 안정감있게 느껴지는 크기와 비례를 기준으로 제작되었습니다. 심경욱 작가는 마시는 도구와 담는 그릇의 경계를 명확히 나누지 않고, 형태가 사용자의 행위를 따르도록 합니다. 물이나 차를 즐길 때는 넉넉한 용량의 잔이 되고, 음식을 담을 때는 깊이감 있는 그릇이 되며, 단정한 형태는 다양한 쓰임을 포용합니다. 

본 제품은 총 세 가지 유약 중 선택하실 수 있습니다.

#37 Matte 광택을 최소화한 무광 유약으로, 백자의 표면 질감과 형태의 윤곽이 또렷하게 드러납니다. 손에 닿는 감각이 부드럽습니다.

#30 Gloss 맑은 유광 유약으로, 표면에 은은한 깊이와 빛을 더합니다.

 #33 Soft Grain Gloss 유광 위에 미세한 결감이 더해진 유약으로, 가마 소성 과정에서 형성된 자연스러운 열꽃이 특징입니다.

White Sabal (White Porcelain Bowl)
